ZWOW #3

Workout breakdown:

1. split squat jumps
2. one leg lunge
3. push up with superman
4. skaters

There are five rounds with pyramid like reps - 5, 10, 15, 10, 5.

My time: 16:56 min, using 4,5 kg weight in each hand for one leg lunges.
